Recently, the International Symposium on Refractories 2025 was grandly opened in Aachen, Germany on September 17-18. This grand event brings together industry elites from over 30 countries and more than 200 top companies from around the world, becoming a core platform for showcasing cutting-edge technologies in refractory materials. Our company participated in the exhibition with our core product tabular alumina and supporting application technology solutions. With our quality advantage, we attracted widespread attention at the exhibition site and became a popular booth for global merchants to exchange and negotiate.
Compared to traditional fused alumina products, our tabular alumina can maintain structural integrity even under extreme high temperature conditions of 1750 ℃, which can help downstream kiln enterprises extend the lining replacement cycle to 2.5-3 times the original, significantly reducing the production capacity loss and operation and maintenance costs caused by equipment shutdown and maintenance. In terms of purity control, the product relies on multi-stage impurity removal technology to accurately control the content of harmful impurities such as Fe₂O₃ and Na₂O below 0.1%, eliminating the impact of impurity precipitation in high-temperature environments on the quality of end products from the root, fully meeting the ultra-high standards for refractory material purity in high-end fields such as precision ceramic substrates and photovoltaic glass melting furnaces.
The technical team will focus on explaining on site how the product can reduce kiln heat loss, extend service life, and reduce material replacement frequency through low thermal conductivity, thereby helping downstream enterprises achieve carbon reduction goals. They will answer customers' concerns about low-carbon production adaptability, energy consumption calculation, and other issues one by one. This exhibition not only showcases HUAO's technological innovation in the field of refractory materials with low-carbon product solutions, but also echoes the global trend of industrial green transformation, injecting new momentum into promoting low-carbon development in the industry and international green cooperation.
