Product Description:

Specially designed for the entire process of rough and fine grinding in the mining industry, focusing on the grinding needs of hard minerals such as iron ore, copper ore, and gold ore, solving the pain points of traditional grinding balls with poor impact resistance, easy cracking, and low grinding efficiency leading to insufficient production. After being adopted by a certain iron ore enterprise, the daily output of a single ball mill increased from 800 tons to 1050 tons, and the crushing rate decreased from 15% to 2%, significantly reducing the frequency of downtime for slag cleaning and ball replenishment, and helping mining enterprises break through production capacity bottlenecks.

Features:

Made of 95% high-purity alumina substrate, added with 3% chromium oxide composite reinforcing agent, and subjected to high-temperature sintering and isothermal quenching treatment at 1600 ℃, the high alumina content lays a stable hard foundation, with a compressive strength of 250MPa and no cracks in the 2.0m drop ball impact (far exceeding the industry standard of 1.5m). The roundness error of the sphere is ≤± 0.2mm, covering a specification of 20-80mm (coarse grinding 50-80mm, fine grinding 20-40mm), with a wear rate as low as 0.06%, reducing kinetic energy loss during the grinding process. Combined with a high filling rate design (65% -70%), the grinding amount per unit time is increased by 30% compared to ordinary grinding balls.
